Next-Generation Eco-Design Newbuild Programme

Six 14,000 DWT IMO II Oil/Chemical Tankers with ABS-classed Eco-Design hulls are under construction in Jiangsu, China, delivering March–April 2026. Each newbuild is engineered for lower fuel intensity and NZF-ready carbon performance, expanding HZ's specialty liquid-bulk capacity across North–South Asia trades.

The programme is anchored by the established MT LOTUS (9,250 DWT series), giving HZ a modern, dual-class fleet spanning BV and ABS standards.
